Refund & Returns Policy

Exchange

If your purchase is not exactly right and you would like to exchange for a different style/colour/size please make sure returns are made within 7 days of receiving your goods. Refunds are not accepted. Please ensure all hygiene stickers are attached, the item/s is unworn and all swing tags remain on.  We recommend sending returns via registered post, as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. The customer must cover for the postage costs.

Faulty Returns

If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault. Please contact us at orders@lildaks.com if you need a new copy of the invoice. 

Once received, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a replace, refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.

Refund

For online purchases at www.lildaks.com only and does not apply to goods which have been worn or used due to health regulations, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, if it’s broken or change of mind.

Once Li'l Daks have approved your refund, we will then issue the refund using the same form of payment as per the original purchase.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Li'l Daks reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds upon receiving the returned item if it was to be deemed to be used by the customer.

 

Delivery Info

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation outlining your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods within 2 working days however, we ask for your patience over the holiday periods and also during any sales or promotions that may delay delivery.

 

Shipping & Handling Fees

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation outlining your order details.
Please note that Shipping & Handling fees are in Australian Dollars.

 

Track My Order

Orders are processed online via Australia Post.  If Australia Post does not service your area we will find an alternative third party service who also offer a tracking feature for you to track your order.
